Once you have received your payment link and payment is approved, a confirmation email will be sent before your order(s) are dispatched. You will only be charged delivery costs once per order.

We have four delivery options:

Standard UK delivery 3-5 working days      FREE

UK next day delivery                                   £19.99

European delivery 3-7 working days          £24.99

International delivery (US) 5-7 days            £39.99

We deliver to the following European countries: France, German, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Russia, Uk. International countries are United States.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) LAMULA NASSUNA are happy to refund or exchange your purchase(s) for free if this is within 14 days of the day you recieved the goods.

To return your purchase(s), please see below:

Your item(s) must have its original tag(s) and original packaging. Complete returns form enclosed within your delivery box or as advised by a member of our team.

Please note, your returns delivery charges will be refunded only upto your original option of delivery. If you received a Free Uk delivery your refund will be £9.99. Any upgrades on your returns delivery will not refunded.

Your credit or debit card will be refunded within 7 working days after goods have been received and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
